To start with, we have to answer the question “What is Squidoo?“.
If you are familiar with web 2.0 sites then you might be familiar with squidoo. Squidoo is one of the best web 2.0 sites online wherein you can create lenses on your chosen topic or category. Like Hubpages wherein every post is called HUB, a “LENSE” is the term used to call for a post created in squidoo.
How to create a good lens?
If you are planning to really make money with squidoo then you should create good posts or lenses. Good posts or lenses will rank easier and when it ranks on google’s first page then the more visitors are expected and the more clicks on your Google adsense and sales on your affiliate marketing. The following are the steps on how to create a good lens.

1. Go to Squidoo. Just type squidoo.com on your address bar.2. If you already have an account then just click log in on the upper right corner. Else you sign up for a new account. Just click the sign up link beside the sign in link or click the sign up button below these links. Watch the image I provided at the left. |

3. Once you are already in you will launch on your dashboard. The next thing you have to do is to click that orange button which says, “Create Lens” |

4. After that, you will be prompted a textbox asking for your lens’ title. Just fill it out and make sure your title has the keyword of the topic you want to post for SEO purposes.After filling it up, click next. |

5 After clicking NEXT you will be prompted with another series of text boxes to fill up. Just fill them up with respect to what you are planning to post about. After filling this step, the next step will be asking you whether you will be donating your adsense income or not. If you want to donate it then you may choose what establishment you want to donate your income with. Else you are asked to input your adsense id and connection verification should be done right after. |

6. At last you already arrive to the final workspace where you will be creating a great post. See image on the left side. Once you are already here, all you have to do is to fill up the information needed. Provide your content. Every box or content management is called modules. It is advisable to add title to every module you want to add. Video, Text, Amazon, Ebay are most used modules since using them could arrive at at great lens.Bare in mind to have a long quality lens. 1. Dont just create another trash lens.
2. Think of a topic where almost everybody is interested.
3. The topic you want to create lens about should be of your interest and having knowledge on what you are writing about is a great factor towards earning tons of dollars online.
4. Do keyword research. Be sure that the keyword you want to rank for is not that competed yet with high traffic volume.
